PANEL TILTING TABLE

Moldtech has designed, manufactured and installed a panel tilting table in British Columbia, Canada. This client has once again entrusted us to expand their production in the residential construction sector.

• Panel tilting table 34 m long and 4 m wide. The table includes a pneumatic vibrating system, consisting of 21 vibrators strategically located at the underside of the table. In addition, it includes a heating system, using finned tubes connected to a hot water boiler, and a thermal insulation tarpaulin.

This equipment will allow the customer to expand and optimise the production of precast concrete panels for the construction of residential buildings.
