This new range of moulds offers different configurations, from fixed moulds to fully adjustable moulds.
The adjustable moulds section offers different adjustment possibilities, according to the customer’s needs:
The main advantage of these types of adjustable moulds is that different types of staircases can be made with the same mould, saving time and money, as well as being easy to use.
The adjustable mould allows the manufacture of staircase stretches with the number of steps adjustable up to a maximum established by the client and with one or two landings. The mould can be built for concreting in a vertical or horizontal position. The tread depth and riser height are manually adjusted by means of guides and phenolic formwork planks, and the thickness is adjusted by moving the straight mould side.
To regulate the width of the staircase, additional wooden bottoms can be placed. Steps are adjusted by using guides and screws, as well as formwork boards to adjust the dimensions within the range of treads and risers specified by the client. Movable side is moved by means of a hydraulic system and the thickness of the staircases can be adjusted using wooden formwork of different dimensions.
