HALF FRAMES MOULD FOR WATER CHANNELING

For the development of important hydrotechnical and infrastructure works including sewerage works and water supply in Galati, Romania, Moldtech was selected for the design, manufacture and commissioning of the following equipment:

• Battery mould 9,6 m to manufacture segmental box culverts with the capacity to produce up to 8 casted elements per day.

PRODUCTS TO CAST: articulated half-frames for water channels.

• Double mould for concrete wings. Production capacity up to 4 units per day.

PRODUCTS TO CAST: the concrete wings are placed at the beginning and at the end of the half-frame galleries to complete the work of channelling water.
