MOULDS FOR PREFABRICATED BATHROOMS UNITS PBU

Moldtech carried out the design, manfacture and installation of its moulds for prefabricated bathroom units PBU with hydraulic system, in Miami, USA.

• Six moulds for prefabricated bathroom units PBU in two different sizes, with a hydraulically retractable system in the inner core, thereby allowing to perform the de-moulding in a swift manner without the need for conical slope.
• Two hydraulic units to control a total of six moulds.

All this equipment has enabled the customer to produce the required precast concrete bathroom modules in a short period of time with excellent results.

Hydraulic tridimensional moulds are undoubtedly the latest developments in precast construction technology for the production of prefabricated bathrooms, housing modules and prison cells.
