Mould for cambered T beam

Mainly used to build façade porticos with gabled roof.

The mould for cambered T girder is a mould without movables parts, composed of a chassis with a T-shaped sheet and strengthening made of structural profiles. The upper part of the mould rests opened for concrete pouring. By means of vary the position of the stoppers, is possible to adjust the length of the precast girder.

The cambered T girder, is mainly used to build façade porticos with gabled roof. This is because its T-shaped section is more suitable than the section of delta beam for wind exposure. When the span of the portico and the load condition allow it, the cambered T girders are also used for inner porticos.

This type of girder is always putted in the gable zone because it fits perfectly to this part of the gabled roof. It can be used separately as well as in combination of T girder as extension at one or both sides.

As production support system, the mould can be equipped with external vibration system, pneumatic or electrical. Equally, the mould can be equipped with finned pipe for heating.
