Facilities of more than 15,000 sqm, located next to the A-92 highway between Seville and Malaga, a few minutes away from the port and the airport of Seville.

Moldtech has an area of more than 500 cubic meters for the storage and cutting of raw materials, equipped with 3 CNC cutting machines of up to 20 m for the production of customized  profiles and tubes for each project.

Moldtech facilities have two assembly lines of more than 100 m in length, with more than 1,520 sqm specifically assigned to that purpose.

A staff of 25 qualified and expert welders, specialized in the manufacturing of steel moulds for precast concrete elements, works in this area.

For the production of its own machine-drilled components, Moldtech has its own division. This division consists of a staff of 15 people and is equipped among others with:

• 2 CNC vertical machining centers with 2 chargers for 24 tools each and with benches of 1.4 x 0.6 x 0.6 m.
• 2 CNC milling machines with capacity up to 3,500 kg on bench.

1 CNC lathe for dimensions up to 3 m in length and 450 mm in diameter.

Three specialized employees of Moldtech are responsible for the execution of final processes, painting and packaging. For this purpose Moldtech has a curing chamber of 80 cubic meters.
